Challenge

Recently, we were approached by a client whose field teams were struggling to present the value of their product to hospital payers unfamiliar with health economic modeling. In meetings they were using a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to run through the unmet need in the therapy area and clinical benefits of their product and then following up with a robust, modeled scenario developed in Microsoft Excel.

Solution

Taking their existing Excel model, we captured the key inputs and outputs relevant to hospital payers and wove them into a narrative based on their PowerPoint presentation. The result was a cohesive, evidence-based value story for the product.

Developed as an iPad application, this provided a seamless, visually-appealing presentation whilst maintaining scientific integrity.
